Auckland Produce Markets Dominion Special Service. Auckland, August 9. There have been few changes in the local market for grain and produce since last week. Bran is still in short sup_ply. Stocks from local mills are quoted at the unchanged price of £6/15/- a ton. The potato market is well supplied from the South Island and prices fire unchanged at £6/10/-. a ton for wiiites and £6 15/- for reds. There is a fair demand for seed potatoes. A fair-sized shipment of Victorian onions came to hand this morning by the Waiotapu. The price lias now been lowered to 16/- a 1001 b. bag. The chaff market is «till firm as southern deliveries have been curtained through unsuitable weather. The Waiotapu also brought u shipment of Australian wheat and the usual deliveries are being made from the wharf. There is no change in barley or maize.
