Winter Sales And Exports Offerings of wool in New Zealand during July, including the crutching sales at Wellington and Wanganui, totalled 502 G baleSj of which 4633 bales were sold, as against 13,166 bales offered and 12,512 bales sold in Juljj 1937. The latter figures, however, include the crutching sales at Napier, Gisborne and Auckland returns for which this year will come into the August returns. According to the returns compiled by Dalgety and Co., Ltd., exports of wool last month totalled 18,557 bales, as against 26,929 bales for July, 1937, a decrease of 8372 bales. Last month’s shipments comprised 576$ bales of greasy wool and 12,789 bales of scoured and slipe.
