AUSTRIAN WARRANT FOR ARREST
Archduke Otto’s Brother ■ Vienna, May 8. Alleging that Prince Felix, brother of the Archduke Otto, in fleeing from a military academy on the night of March 11 across the Hungarian border, took table silver valued at £2OO, the Public Prosecutor has issued a warrant for his arrest on a charge of theft.
