NOEL NELSON, who retired from active business last year, solicits your support as a Candidate for the City Council. For 12 years he was Manager of the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Insurance Company, Ltd., and during that period acted for nine years as Chairman of the Fire Board. Mr. Nelson has always taken a keen interest in sport and recreation, and for four years was President of the Thorndon Bowling Club. He is also Vice-President of the Wellington Football Club.
