Kerbing And ChannellingWork Representations for the promotion of the kerbing and channelling work iu the west ward were made by Cr. F. Castle at last night’s meeting of the Upper Hutt Borough Council. Cr. Castle said he would like to see the work pushed forward with greater expedition. The mayor, Mr. A. J.
