From now on all fruit exported from the Dominion will be subject to control by the New Zealand Fruit Exporr Control Board. Hitherto the Otago district has been outside the control scheme, but an Order-in-Council issueu last evening brings it within the scope of the scheme and provides for the representation of .the Otago fruitgrowers on the board.
