Annual Meeting At Sydney Sydney, March 24. The eleventh annual general meeting of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons was opened at the University. Sir Lbuis Barnett (New Zealand), in his presidential address, referred to the rapid progress of the college, which, he said, sought to encourage progress and provide ever-inspiring surgical advice for the people. Professor Osborne (Meloourne), who delivered the Syme oration, suggested that Australian surgeons should study the progress of surgery in Germany.
