Fifteen Generals In Spain London, March 22 The correspondent of “The Times” at Barcelona reports that 15 Italian generals and the military consul are in command of 60,000 organised Italian troops, which embrace three infantry divisions, artillery, transport engineers, and an air corps. The commander-in-chief is General Beati and the second-in-command General Mancini, and the famous Marshal Graziani is circumstantially reported to be in rebel territory.
