Uneasiness Of Czechs (Received March 23, 10.45 p.m.) London, March 23. A report from the Prague correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says the Henlein party, with forty-seven members, becomes the strongest individual group in the Chamber. The Berlin correspondent of the “News Chronicle” says Berlin is gloating over the uneasiness of the Czechs owing to tlie growth of the Henlein party, the British aloofness and Russian weakness.
