The Philatelic Society of New Zealand will celebrate its jubilee this year by issuing an official handbook of the stamps of New Zealand. The handbook, which will comprise some 500 pages, with 40 pages of illustrations, will be issued with tbe approval and co-operation of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Department. One thousand copies will be printed, and the handbook will be issued in September ,
