TYRE BLOWS OUT
Motor-Cyclist Seriously Injured
When the front tyre of the motor-cycle he was riding blew out on the Main Road, Johnsonville, at 1-30 p.m. yesterday. Mr. C. 11. Brandon, warehouseman, 72 Wairiki Road, Auckland, received a fracture of the base of the skull and shock. He was taken to hospital by " the Free Ambulance.
Late last night his condition was reported to bo serious.
