Comparison With February Sale The Wellington Woolbrokers’ Association issued the following official re-, port:— At the wool sale held yesterday about 24,000 bales were offered, and elicited keen competition. The offering was generally of good top-making style, consisting chiefly of crossbreds. Ninety-five per cent, was disposed of under the hammer, Bradford and the Continent operating freely, being well supported by Japan, who are again in the market. Compared with the Dunedin sale, crossbreds were fully firm on that centre, and as a result of the better prices, growers were more disposed to meet the market.
