“No More Germans To
Emancipate” Rome, March 21. Tn an editorial;"the semi-official journal "La Tribuna” states: “Now that the German border has been established on the French side through treaties and on the Italian side despite treaties. Germany has no more territories to claim and no more Germans to emancipate.” The statement has aroused interest in diplomatic circles in Rome, where it is»understood to refer directly to Czechoslovakia.
