Tennis Finals Decided The Public Service tennis tournament, began over two weeks ago, was concluded during the week-end on the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association’s grounds at Miramar. A fgirly strong northerly wind interfered with the accuracy ’of strokes, but with a num-ber of well-known players competing, the standard of play was generally high.
