Of the hemp graded last month, 281 bales were classed as good fair, 852 bales as high fair, 699 bales low.fair, 814 bales common, and 466 bales reject. Gradings of hemp at Wellington totalled 1314 bales, at Bluff 979 bales, at Auckland 594 bales, at Picton 99 bales, at Blenheim 83 bales, at Dunedin 29 bales, and at Port Chalmers 14 bales.
