Speeding Motor-cyclists
■Sir. —What is the traffic department thinking about to allow tiiose nervebreaking motor-cycles to run up ami down the streets at a speed well over that allowed by the regulations. I would suggest that governors be put on them and engine sealed to allow only a reasonable speed.—l am. etc., BROKEN NERVES. AVellirigtou. Alarch 9.
