Queen Mary’s Memorial To King George
■ 1 - > “Dominion” Special Service —By Air Mail. ' . London, January 21. There is a room in Marlborough House which is not to be used again, but it is visited daily by Queen Mary when she is staying in her London home. This room is to be something in the nature of a memorial to her husband, the late King George V, whose office it was when he lived in Marlborough House long ago as Prince of Willes. It has recently been arranged with furniture and books from the room similarly use'd by him at Buckingham Palace for so many years. . When the Palace office was dismantled, drawings were made of the exact position of each chair, table, etc., so that the Marlbor.oiigh House memorial room .could be furnished in exactly the same way.
