Princess Juliana’s Baby Soestdijk, February 1. Princess Juliana's baby was named Beatrix: Wilhelmina Aringard at the official registration ceremony. If she rules it will be under the name of Wilhelmina. Revellers stayed up all night throughout Holland celebrating the birth. The crowds watched military parades. The village of Soestdijk was illuminated. Mother and infant are well. It is officially announced that Prince Bernhard attended Princess Juliana’s confinement, in addition to two doctors. nurses, Queen Wilhelmina, and Princess Anngaard, Prince Bernhard’s mother. A British official wireless message states tliat the Netherlands Minister in London, in a broadcast address, expressed appreciation of the great and affectionate interest shown in Britain in the birth of a daughter to Princess Juliana of the Netherlands. The Chamber of Commerce in London will bold a reception next week at which the Lord Mayor and the Netherlands Minister will be present.
