“VICTORIA THE GREAT”
Film Banned In Germany London, January 26. The “Daily Herald” states that the British film “Victoria the Great” has been banned in Germany because Queen Victoria is shown as friendly toward the Jew Disraeli, and because the incidental music includes the Coronation March by Meyerbeer and “On Wings of Song,” by Mendelssohn.
