ULSTER ELECTION
Unity Council Urges Boycott (Received January 27, 5.5 p.m.) Belfast, January 27. A meeting of the Northern Council for Unity, which was attended by Messrs. A. J. Mulvey and P. Cunningham, Abstentionist members of the House of Commons, passed a resolution urging Nationalists to boycott tbe Ulster election because it was arranged to uphold partition. Tbe resolution added that the council would welcome a plebiscite on Irish unity.
