COUNCIL’S APPRECIATION OF GALLANT ACTION
The Hastbourno Borough Council decided last night to record its appreciation of the gallant rescue hy Mr. Max Hill of a passenger who fell overboard from one of the ferry steamers, and to place the facts before the Itoyal Humane Society. The council also decided to write 'to Air. Hill congratulating bun on his bravery.
