COURT OF APPEAL
First And Second Division Members of the First and Second Divisions of the Court of Appeal for 1938 are announced in the Gazette issued last evening. They are as follows :— First Division: The Chief J ustice (Sir Michael Myers), 'Mr. Justice Blairf Air. Justice Kennedy, Mr. Justice' Callan and Mr. Justice Northcroft. Second Division: The Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Kennedy, Mr. Justice Johnston and Mr. Justice Fair.
