THE KING VISITS AIR FORCE COLLEGE
(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, January 26. The King spent over three hours at the Royal Air Force College at Crauwell, to which he (lew from Sandringham. In tlie course of his inspection he met several members of the staff whom lit had known when be served at Cranwell as an officer in the Royal Air Force in 1917 and 1918. Later he returned by air to Sandringham. Among familiar faces the King recalled was that of Wing Commander J. It. Cassidy, an Australian who interrupted a Rhodes Scholarship, to train as an apprentice at Cranwell in 1918 and who is now chief instructor.
