NEW GOVERNOR
Trinidad And Tobago (British Official Wireless.) (Received January 27, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, January 26. Sir Hubert Winthrop Young, Governor of Northern Rhodesia, has been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Trinidad and Tobago, succeeding Sir Mlirchison Fletcher, who has resigned for health reasons. Mr. John Alexander Maybin, Chief Secretary of Nigeria, has been appointed Governor of Northern Rhodesia.
