Thousands Flock To Cairo For Festivities
London, January IS.
The British United Press correspondent at Cairo reports that thousands of people from all over Egypt are flocking into the city for the Royal wedding festivities. Many people will be accommodated in huge tents from which food, is being distributed. The High Commissioner for Egypt, Sir Miles Lampson, presented to Farouk King George’s wedding gift of two sporting guns and other sporting equipment, accompanied by a letter of congratulation.
