At the wool sales 10.3 GS bales were offered, 9360 sold, and 1108 privately. At the closing auctions for the halfyear to-day. the competition was animated, with Japan providing good support. The market ruled in sellers’ favour for the best descriptions. Greasy merino made to 28J<1.. which is a record on the Sydney market this season.
