VISIT TO BERLIN

Paris, December 15.
The former Prime Minister, M. Flandin, has returned from Berlin. He said that his talks with the German Ministers, Baron von Neurath, General Goering, and Dr. Goebbels, showed considerable divergences -over the whole range of Franco-German views, but that peace was desired across the Rhine as ardently as in France.
