CHEERING CROWDS
French Minister At Prague
(Received December 16, 8.40 p.m.) London, December 16.
The Prague correspondent of “The Times” say® the city was gaily decorated in French and Czech colours to welcome tbe French Foreign Minister, M. Delbos, who was met by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Krofta, officials, and a cheering crowd. M. Delbos, while en route to Prague, spent half an hour conferring with the personal representative of the Hungarian Foreign Minister at Innsbruck.
