TURKISH PREMIER
Jelal Bay ar Nominated
Istanbul, September 26.
The President, Kamal Ataturk, has nominated the Minister of National Economy, Jelal Bayar, as the new Premier, in succession to General Inonu, who is retiring, but the change will not be effective before the National Assembly meets in November.
