EARL BALDWIN TO TAKE COMPLETE REST
London, August 2. Earl Baldwin, who is suffering from nervous trouble and arthritis, is walking with the 'aid of a stick. He told his audience at a. flower show at his home at Astley Hall, Worcestershire, that he could not stand for any length of time owing to rheumatism. He had been ordered to take a complete rest, and was going to take it. He would make no speeches this year.
