Hutt Club Beats Miramar in Women’s Pennant Match A pennant match between the Miramar and Hutt Ladies' Golf Clubs, on the Miramar links this week, was won by the Hutt club by.one game. Match at MiramaxAn interesting golf match was played at Miramar on Wednesday between the managers of tile branches of the Dominion motors, who met in Wellington for the .purpose of a conference, and to say “cheerio” to Mr. W. N. Norwood, general manager of the company, before his leaving for a business trip to England, Europe and America. An IS-hole bogey competition for the Hudson Cup was won bv J. Ai Barker, 1 down. The fourball, best-ball competition for the Morris Cups was won by W. N. Norwood and J. H. Mortlock. The medal competition for the Packard Cup was won by Phillips. The Wolseley Cup was won by W. D. Gordon. The teams* match, North v. South, for the Norwood Cup, was won by E. C. Nimon. B. Silverton. W. R. Phillips and 11. Doig, the North team’s score being one stroke better than that of the South.
