Minute Make-up
Normal hair does not need a heavy wave-set lotion to keep it in place. The excess gluey substance merely dulls the hair after it is dry. Try a thinner lotion or dilute your present lotion with water till it is the right consistency. Your hair will have a more lustrous sheen.
