GERMAN DECREE
Safeguarding Bread Supply Berlin, July 27. Tlie Cliiniceilor. Herr Hitler, has issued a decree taking over the whole of the wheat and rye crop in order to safeguard the bread supply, and forbidding tlie use of bread and grain for feeding poultry.
