Tight U.S.A. Regulations (Received April 21, 12.30 a.m.) New York, April 20. The Washington correspondent of. the “New York Times” says that the air commerce regulations now under preparation, due to the new super airliners being constructed for use within a year, are so strict that only thirty regular terminals could qualify for unlimited use. Many of the most important cities are affected, and the regulations are expected to result in radical improvements and enlargements to airports before the new double Boeing air-liners, start their regular service.
