SHORT LIFE AND A HARD ONE
British Boxer’s Confidence London, April 18. The British Empire boxing champion, Tommy Farr, states that before long he is going to be world champion. He will perhaps go to the United States. “A fighter is the toy of bloodthirsty people,” he said. “We have a short life ami it is a hard life all the way. It. is a good life when you are on top. but it is hell getting there.” Last Thursday Farr outpointed Max Baer, former world champion, in London.
