No Warrant of Fitness for Motor-car By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, April 17. The firt-t. prosecution for failing to secure a warrant of fitness took place in the Magistrate's Court when .lames Earl Gibson was convicted and discharged for failing lo secure a warrant for a motor-t ruck.
