British Civil Estimates (Received March 26, 6.30 p.m.) London, March 25. The Civil Estimates for 1937-38 aggregate £31,383,000, an increase of £12,479,000, due to the inclusion of £15,500,000 for roads. The tramp shipping subsidy is only £B5lO, compared with £2,000,000 last year.
