Action For Slander Pending London, March 24. The Central News agency says that the action by Mr. Ernest Simpson against Mrs. Arthur Sutherland for alleged slander arising from the Simpson divorce Is set down for hearing during the law term beginning on April 6. It is understood that Sir Patrick Hastings, K.C., will represent Mrs. Sutherland
