NINETEEN KILLED
Motor-bus Strikes Bridge and Takes Fire (Received March 26, 6.30 p.m.) Salem (Illinois), March 24. Nineteen people, including six women and one child, the members of a rollerskating racing troupe, were killed and five injured when a bus tire blew out and it swerved into a bridge abutment and ignited. All on board arc either dead or injured.
