Reciprocity in Common Interests (Received March 26. 6.30 p.m.) Tokio, March 24. Mr. Eliot R. Davis, honorary consul for Japan in New Zealand, iu an interview, said he expected to confer with the Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Sato, and oilier leaders on Japanese, Australian and New Zealand trade questions, which lie believed should be settled on the basis of reciprocity in tlie common interests.
