By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, March 26. The directors of tlie Gisborne Publishing Company, Ltd., have accepted an offer from .Mr. K. .1. Kerrldge, a prominent local business man, for the buildings, plant and goodwill comprising the property of tlie “Gisborne Times” newspaper.
