London Lamb Market Steady,

CHILLED BEEF FIRMER Lamb market: Steady, with prices very firm excepting heavyweights. Consumption good, but warm weather required. Mutton market: Wethers and ewes firm, with prices unchanged. Beef market: Frozen beef shade firmer owing to short, spot stocks. Chilled beef meeting with good demand at better priced, owing to lower supplies. Nov Zealand porker pigs: Prices easier with trade slow. New Zealand baeoner pigs: Market steady and unchanged. Trude generally is quiet.
