(British Official Wireless.) (Received March 24, 5 p.m.) Rugby, March 23. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, who has been confined to his house with a chill, was today better and hopes to leave for Scotland for the Easter Recess on Friday.
