ANNUAL MEETING
Wellington East Old Giris
The Wellington Fast Girls’ College Old Girls’ Association held its annual meeting at the college last night, when there w.as a very satisfactory attendance. The annual report and balance-sheet were read by the secretary, also the reports of the dramatic club and basketball club. The following officers were elected for the coming year:—Patroness, Miss Batham; president. Miss Kathleen Holdsworth; vice-presidents, members of the college staff and Mesdames F. Holdsworth, Christensen, H. D. Binning, L. Muir, Misses Hind, Collins, D. Parsons, K. White, M. Barker, D. Ramsay, L. Sturrock; secretary, Miss Joyce Myers: treasurer, Miss Jean Duff; committee, Misses K. White, J. Murdoch, D. Cunningham, M. Stone, V. Stone. I. Franklyn, H. Mitchell, A. Duff, J. Mitchell, N. Knox, V. Broad. After the business had been concluded a play, “The Pacifist,” presented by the dramatic club, was enjoyed, and also musical items by Misses Inez Staples and Joyce Myers. The evening concluded with supper.
