SIT-DOWN STRIKE IN HOTELS
Guests Asked to Leave
(Received March 17, 7.10 p.m.) Detroit, Ma cell 16. The four largest hotels here asked their 2550 guests to leave ami seek accommodation elsewhere aud immediately locked their doors as an answer to a “sit-down” strike of their employees. Union leaders later attempted to force tlie doors ami enter one hotel. They wrestled with the guard and a revolver was fired, but no one was hurt.
