DISTRESSED MIGRANTS
London, March 16,
Speaking in the House of Commons, the Secretary of Stale for tlie Dominions, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, said that no funds were available to provide return passages from the Dominions for distressed migrants. He was inquiring into the question of establishing such a fund.
