LECTURE ON MIGRATION
Arrangements have been made to accommodate a large attendance at the lecture on migration to be held in the Masonic Hall, The Terrace, at 8 o’clock to-night. The speakers will be the Hon. AV. E. Barnard, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Hon. AA’illiam Perry. M.L.C.. chairman of the EnglishSpeaking Union. The mayor. Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, will preside, and on the platform will be representatives of organised bodies in AA'ellington. After this lecture Mr. Barnard will proceed to the South Island to lecture in five centres there.
