Visitors to Wellington Mrs. A. S. Storey will arrive from Sydney by the Awatea on Monday and will spend a few weeks in 'Wellington. The Hon. E. 11. Angelo, Mrs. Angelo and Miss Angelo, Perth, Western Australia, are staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Browse, Bay of Islands, are visiting Air. and Airs. E. Fantham, Wicksteed Street. Returned to Wellington Aliss Erna Porter, Bolton Street, has returned from Auckland, where she spent three months as the guest of her sister Mrs. N. de B. Noakes. Back From Overseas Airs. Harry Evans, formerly of Hunterville, returned from Australia by the Wanganella yesterday and left for Auckland, where she will reside in future. Going Abroad Miss Natalie Williams, Day’s Bay, will leave AVellington by the Awatea on Alarch 30 for Sydney, to connect with the Alerkur for a holiday in Jara and Singapore. Airs. D. R. Jenkins. “Cartref,” Kilbirnie, will leave Wellington by the .Wanganella to-night for a holiday in England and Wales, arriving in time for the coronation. On Holiday Airs. W. Lee Martin, Alolesworth Street, left Wellington last night for Hamilton to attend the wedding of her son, Air. Kenneth Ixte Afartin, and Aliss Ida Baird. Aliss Lee Martin is at present in Hamilton.

Air. and Airs. F. F. Gilmore, and their daughters, Wellington, are motoring in Hawke’s Bay and the north. Aliss C. Clark and Aliss Violet Clark, Khandallah, are ou a motor tour of the north and at present are visiting Auckland. Aliss Rosemary Williams, Havelock North, who has been spending a fortnight in Christchurch, as the guest of Aliss Barbara Lawrence, Fendalton, will leave to-night on her return home. Airs. E. Allison, Wellington, will arrive in Christchurch on Saturday, and will stay with her sister, Airs. Frank Wade, Cashmere Hills. Mr. and Airs. AVade will leave the following Wednesday for Nelson, accompanied by Airs. Alison and Air. E. Thomas, to at-' tend the wedding of their eldest son. Airs. B. B. AVood, Heretaunga, will visit Christchurch to compete in the autumn foursomes gold tournament at Shirley early next month. Miss Wilmot Horton, AVellington, is staying with her aunt, Aliss Horton, Springlands, Blenheim, and will spend Easter with Aliss Alargaret Churchward at a house in the Sounds. Airs. Gerald Evatt, Karori, is visiting Blenheim and is the guest of Airs. S. T. Evatt. Air. and Airs. R. P. Fish, Seatoun, will leave AVellington to-morrow night for Christchurch, where they will spend the Easter holidays. Mrs. Al. Aliehael, Swansea, a prominent social worker in the distressed areas in South Wales, will shortly arrive in New Zealand on a visit to her brother, Mr. F. Evelyn James, Availington. Mrs. Aliehael was :i delegate to the International Social Reform Congress at Berlin last year and she founded and has presided over the Strand Mission in Swansea for nearly 30 years. She also has the distinction of being the only woman in Wales allowed to visit prisoners.
