PARTIES NOT SATISFIED
Japanese Cabinet Request Tokio, February 4. A conference of all parties rejected the Government’s request for a voluntary adjournment of the Diet owing to dissatisfaction with the composition of the new Cabinet. The Emperor therefore prorogued the Diet rill February 10.
