Philatelist’s Appreciation

Sir, —-Kindly permit me space in your valuable column to express appreciation and my thanks to the staff at the Government Buildings, Post Office, and the Postal Division. This particularly applies for the consideration shown when cancelling stamps on mails, for the help with the first day covers, and the Philatelic Bulletin issued. I have received many letters commenting on the excellent condition in which these covers have been received, and it reflects great credit on this department. We should all be proud of this service, which I don’t think is equalled in any part of the world for efficiency and courtesy.—-I am, etc., PHILATELIST. ■Wellington, November 16.
